  1. Thank you for your help, but I am trying to do this without nvidia surround or AMD Eyefinity. I am wondering if there is such an adapter that I would plug in 3 VGA displays with 1280x1024 resolution and then have a single cable going out of this box to my graphics card and my graphics card would recognize the adapter as a single 3840x1024 display. Thanks, I found something http://www.amazon.com/Matrox-TripleHead2Go-Three-Monitor-Graphics-Expansion/dp/B000RMQZ96 Now my question is if there is a cheaper alternative to this?
  2. Hi, I have 3 old 19" LCDs with VGA only. I was wondering if there was such a thing that would connect to my PC and act like a 3840x1024 screen but then split the resolution to 3 VGA LCDs with 1280x1024 each. Thank you for your help, Marko
  3. I intend to use it for casual gaming and school. Maybe some video rendering occasionally. Down the road (5-10 years from now) I hope to get a Xeon 12-core on the cheap and a bunch of RAM and just have fun with it.
  4. Hi everyone, I would like to know if it is worth building a X79 PC right now (with used components) because I can get a i7 3820 and an Asus P9X79 deluxe for 250€ (265$). Is it a good buy or not? Thanks for the feedback.
  5. I really like the unique placement of lock and volume buttons but you gotta love the resolution.
  6. I'm running a 750 GB WD Black for OS and mass storage and a 40 GB old sata drive for trying out linux distros and new Windows operating systems. I have this configuration because the WD Black was cheap.
  7. Thanks for the feedback! Hopefully pictures will be uploaded in the future.
  8. Thank you for the replies, I don't need a Z77 chipset I just like the gigabyte board because it has dual nics and wifi onboard.
  9. I am planning to build a casual gaming/htpc budget PC. Specs: Gigabyte Z77N WIFI Corsair Vengeance 4 GB 1 stick Intel Pentium G2020 Corsair CX500M Sapphire HD6790 (Already have it from before) Case (Going to build my own) What do you think guys? Is the pentium good enough?
