    No, the first tests I ran the Mac was turned off. Only after testing all other devices I turned it on.

    In my girlfreinds flat the wifi doesn't work particularly well on my Laptop and both our phones (1 Mbps downloads, up to 10Mbps uploads), while simultaneously, her MacBook Air is getting up to 40 Mbps Downloads and the same 10 Mbps Uploads, all with a similar ping of about 30ms. At my home im getting up to 80 Mbps Downloads with my Laptop, the phones I haven't checked. What could be reasons for the lesser performance at my girlfriends home?
