  1. Thanks for the answers. I already have a 1TB SSD for the windows install and most used files, but another 2-4TB would be ideal.
  2. Hello As im building a Asrock Deskmini X300 based HTPC and already have most parts, and I am thinking about adding 1 or 2 HDDS to it, for fileserver use(like phone backups, backups from other family members PCs and such). The PC is gonna replace a Xbox One S, as the Xbox makes enough noise to irritate me when its in standby, so the drives would need to be near silent. Any imputs on this, i should i just spend more on a SSD for additional storage?
  3. You are right, most graphics cards for laptops need to be custom made for each brand/model and the same with cooling for the graphic card. Not much good in swapping a medium power hungry card for a high power one if the laptop cant handle the additional power draw or additional heat.
  4. Maybe this can help you: https://www.seagate.com/files/staticfiles/docs/pdf/marketing/st-model-number-cheat-sheet-sc504-1-1102us.pdf But i would say the discs are more or less the same, maybe one newer than the other, as the part numbers cross reference to each other.
  5. Hello As i currently have a tower case and want to upgrade my pc with a bit better hardware than i currently have, and make it all a more compact pc. What hardware i currently have: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G Motherboard: MSI X370 Gaming Plus Graphics card: Nvidia 1070TI founders edition. Ram: 2*8GB Corsair Vengeance RBG( non pro) - samsung B die Storage: 1*NVME Samsung 970, 1*Samsung SATA SSD and 1*3,5" 6TB HDD. Cooler: Alphacool Eisbear LT 360 - AIO Case: Coolermaster Masterbox Lite 5 RGB Power supply: Corsair CX550M This is what i have been thinking about changing: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X or better Motherboard: Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro WIFI Mini-ITX Case: Fractal Design Node 304 Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 But can the Noctua cooler fit inside the case with the ram being kinda tall and still leave enough space for a single HDD rack so i can fit my 2 sata drives? I was thinking about maybe 3D printing a holder for the 2 sata drives to let them be placed flat on top of the powersupply, or swapping the sata SSD to a second NVME drive. I live in Denmark, so i apologize in advance for my less than stellar English grammar.
