  1. There seems to be no way to update or check the firmware from Omen Command Center. It did not come with any extra USB drivers as well. Given that my other keyboard freezes as well when this one is connected I'm starting to think its a mobo/OS issue (windows update, maybe? but i am running a clean windows install). I tried another, way better PSU than the one I have, and it froze right away, so its definitely either a mobo/OS/keyboard issue. I put in a support request with Asrock, lets see what they say.
  2. I had an i5 7400/H110m system and a HP omen sequencer optical-mechanical keyboard which worked fine with 0 issues. Due to some funny circumstances i got the opportunity to upgrade to brand new i5 9400F/H310m (Asrock H310CM-HDV) for dirt cheap (basically free), and now the keyboard freezes randomly after the upgrade. I have to unplug and replug it in to make it work again. I swapped only the CPU and motherboard, and used all other components from the old rig.I tried switching usb ports (3.0<->2.0), using front panel ports, using the ports in my monitor (powered hub), disabling & enabling RGB in case it was drawing too much power, disabling selective suspend, disabling USB legacy support, removing & adding it in device manager, reinstalling windows, etc. I then found that I had grounding issues with my electrical outlet, and I fixed it to find that the freezing issue stopped for a few days. Its now back and if I have another keyboard connected, that one freezes till i replug it too. The freezing happens only if the Omen keyboard is connected.I noticed that the Omen command center software would cause the freezing to be more frequent, so i uninstalled it, which seemed to help a bit for a few days, and then the RGB and macro profiles got disabled on their own and have now stopped working completely.I imagine the issue is either voltage related (USB ports not supplying enough or too much voltage, so its a motherboard/OS issue), or the keyboard has just gone defective. At this point I'm at my wits end, and any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Specs: i5 9400F, Asrock H310CM-HDV, Gigabyte GTX 1070, 240GB Kingston SSD, 1 TB WD HDD, Corsair VS 550w. Running latest windows, BIOS and chipset drivers.
