Can an audio connector be used for a chassis fan header?

I sound really picky right now but whatever I need one with a chasis fan

Oh i'm sorry i forgot to mention those things. Micro-ATX 2 usb 3.0 (at least) any amount of usb 2.0. Any brand to be honest

So I found a fix where I only plug in only my monitor and after my computer boots up I plug in my keyboard, mouse etc. I'm concerned because I don't think my psu is giving my system enough power. What do?
