  1. Thanks Senzelian! After digging through the topic what I found helpful was going here on my Android 10: Settings -> Wi-fi and network -> SIM-card & network -> Chose my sim-card -> APN -> chose my current one which said internet -> APN-type -> added DNU with , -> save + reboot. No lag.
  2. I have an interesting problem with hotspot and would need some expert advice... Here's the deal: I have Xbox One (Original model if that matters) set up with Android hotspot. I used to have Nokia 8 with Android 9 and 4G connection and everything was working fine. No lag or anything for example playing Rocket League (Also worked fine with Honor 6 Lite hotspot which is a trash phone). This went on for about a year without a single problem. Then my Nokia died and I just got Oneplus 8 with Android 10. I set up hotspot and instantly got huge bouncing lag. Then I tried to join my friends Rocket League game but joining would not work. We tried Remnant but game said something like "Host is not on a secure connection". I tried changing Access point bandwitch from 5 to 2,4 but to no avail. Android 10 also has an option to use "Wi-Fi 6 standard hotspot", tried that but no change. Restarted Xbox several times, nothing. Then I remembered reading that if I share my internet to a computer and share that connection to Xbox, it might work. So I gave it a try and boom, I got to join my friend's game and first got a little lag but then went pretty smoothly. Windows 10 laptop was used in between. Lag happened also the day before so I don't think it is something that occurs because of my provider but because of the sharing properties. Sooooo after this long introduction: Has something changed how the Internet is shared between Android 9 and 10? Or is it Oneplus's fault? And more importanty can I do anything about it? File a ticket and wait for an update of course... :) Also tried a speedtest, should be sufficient: Download: 10.3 Upload: 3,3 Ping: 21ms Jitter: 1ms
  3. Yes I have tried this but with no results. Do you mean static address for webUI?
  4. I have an interesting scenario. I have an Asus DSL-N66U modem/router, that I want to use only as a router. What I have done so far: 1. Connect internet cable from wall to Ethernet WAN slot 2. Set up wireless as usual through 192.168.1.1 (Internet won't work) 3. Then disable DHCP from router's LAN settings (Internet won't work) 4. Change the internet cable from Ethernet WAN slot to one of usual LAN ports 5. Internet starts to work BUT my default gateway changes from 192.168.1.1 to 176.xx.xxx.x The result is that internet works as it should but now I cannot enter router settings anymore. I have tried to set up different IP for the router but still the IP changes to 176.xx etc. after the set up. And if I change the internet cable back to Ethernet WAN slot, I still cannot enter router settings. My question then is: Is it possible to set up the router (as I described) and so that I can use the normal gateway 192.168.1.1?
