  1. Well I was planning to homebrew Nintendont onto the Wii U to allow it to be able to play Gamecube games.
  2. Since learning about the BIG O I couldn't really get the idea of putting a console inside a tower out of my head. Add in the a few thing just happen to coincide with my learning about the system. Such as beginning a collection for the Gamecube. So I pretty much decided to extend that to a Gamecube to Switch collection. The overall idea would be to use the Phanteks Enthoo Mini XL DS case to house a Micro ATX system (designed to be later upgrade to "more powerful then you really need" levels) while having the Wii U taking up the Mini ITX location in the case (Just the internal metal chassis holding the console not the outside plastic case), The front panel and disc drive being fitted to the 5.25 in bay on the front of the case (likely requiring modification of both the case and front panel). I'm unsure if it would be possible to get a longer custom ribbon able to connect the two at that distance. There would be an internal capture card (Likely the Elgato Game Capture HD60 S along with a HDMI switcher) allowing the console(s) to be playable without a display being specifically dedicated to it. The external switch coming into the system via the area that would have been for the Mini ITX IO (Which would have a custom plate for two HDMI cables, Ethernet, and the Wii U's power line to pass through.) The entire system would be cooled via custom water cooling loop. Going Reservoir > Wii U block > CPU Block > GPU Block > Rad > Reservoir. Is something like this feasible to do with the Wii U? Do you have any suggestion that would make this better? First time I'm doing something DIY to this extent.
