Thanks for all of your help! I ended up just chucking the HDD in without reformatting and everything's working perfectly so far, it detected the HDD as a secondary drive and booted from the SSD automatically. My next question would be what's the easiest way to delete the old windows install from the HDD without reformatting?

As the title says I need helping putting the 2TB HDD bootdrive from my old Windows 10 computer into my new one as a secondary drive for storage. I would like to do this while keeping all of the personal files on the HDD. The new computer currently has a singular 1TB NVME SSD setup with Windows 10. Just knowing how Windows can be and my general bad luck, I'm worried about something going terribly wrong if I were to do this myself without instructions, and I can't seem to find a clear detailed answer for my specific question on Google. Is there anything in particular I need to do or know about? Thanks!

And I don't remember the last time I did a fresh install of windows that must be why my computer boots up so slow these days And I've already checked it looks like the motherboard has been updated to be compatible with the 3400G. And I did do quite a bit of research into this as I don't wanna be stuck with something that won't last and can't be upgraded in the future, I'm glad I did well Will the PSU you added be powerful enough to support a newish mid-tier GPU if I get one in the future? I don't wanna have to buy a whole new PSU in year or two if I end up deciding to get one

Yeah maybe medium/high graphical settings is a little much for Below Zero and games like it for what I'd be able to get, but If I can get Below Zero to run at 60fps Low/Medium with a decent render distance, and for Don't Starve to actually run on my computer I'd be more than happy. And I didn't even know what a nVidia Quardro K2000/K3000 was till now, I'll have to see what they go for these days, but they seem to be a little weak for what I was hoping to get. A 1050 Mini would probably fit just fine, it just depends if I can find one for a reasonable price, I'll look more into the other cards in the 10 series and see what I can find that'll work. Howdy, I have an old prebuilt computer with a small case and I can't seem to find a GPU online that will fit in it, the GPU will need to be about 7inches or shorter and work on PCIE 2.0 and a Legacy BIOS. Yea I think you're right, I'll consider getting a cx450 or 550 instead of the G3 Ahh I didn't even think about my CPU, that sucks, hopefully the bottleneck isn't too awfully bad. And I guess its not that big of a deal, as long as I can actually run Don't Starve at *atleast* 30fps, and be able to play Subnautica at low settings with a half decent render distance than I'll be happy. And just having an actual graphics card will allow me to do things in Photoshop I can't do currently And I don't think a R9 would fit in my case, I would have to take some measurements to make sure but a 10 inch long card seems too big. Hello, I need some help upgrading my old prebuilt HP p7-1227c (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03348828) computer. I'm hoping to stay close to $200 USD, but am willing to go up to around $265 if needed, I'd like to be able to play games like Subnautica Below Zero, Warframe, and Don't Starve, at 60FPS medium/high settings, as well as being able to draw/paint in Photoshop with less brush lag and at larger size canvases than 6x4 300PPI. My monitor resolution is 1366x768 and I don't plan on upgrading my monitor anytime in the near future. I'll be getting an EVGA 650W G3 PSU, and was thinking a XFX RX560 4GB would be adequate for what I want to do. I also need to know if the GPU will work on PCIE 2.0 with a Legacy BIOS, I read in a couple different forums somewhere that the RX500 series and most newer GPU's won't work on a BIOS Motherboard and need UEFI Any help would be gladly appreciated, thank you!
