macbooks aren't great for gaming, if you don't do any heavy workload 16gb and the i7 will be fine. the 5500m 4gb is enough

It depends, some b450 motherboard come updated from the factory (like the b450 MAX series from MSI). I'll wait for new B550 motherboards coming out next month, that will natively support ryzen 3000.

There are lots of power supplies that have 2 EPS connectors. I'm not gonna do your homework. Even some 550w models will have 2 eps connectors.
Some power supplies will come with a 8 pin and a 4pin connector - you can plug the 4 pin into the 2nd 8 pin header and it will work.
Also, for A LOT of modular power supplies you can buy an extra EPS cable separately from companies like cablemod.com or others that make cables. 
 
Also, it's often not required to install BOTH 8 pin connectors, as most processors don't consume so much power to overload a single EPS connector. Using TWO connectors helps a bit, but it doesn't mean the computer won't work unless both EPS connectors are filled with cables.

We can't tell the future of product pricing, and who knows what costs will be because of the pandemic.
If you don't need PCI4, don't bother. By the time you'll want it you might as well be getting a new motherboard/CPU anyway, since AM4 will be long dead.

the 7400 is a bit lightweight. it's essentially the same as today's i3 lineup, but much lower frequency. it will hold you back in many games. You will gain some benefit depending on the game, and depending on what GPU you're coming from, but i'd advise against it at present.

Hey there. I took a look at the Thermaltake V200, here's what I thought about it:
Airflow intake seems to be limited to a small gap under and to the side of the front panel, and to the tiny gaps around the tempered glass panels. Things inside'll get pretty toasty. The PCIe brackets are those non-reusable types. Might want to keep this in mind if you plan on upgrading your rig down the road (Wi-Fi cards, sound cards, etc.). For €55, I'd say it's an okay choice. You get all the bare necessities, basic front I/O ports, and plenty of room that'll accommodate pretty much any standard PC build. Personal Opinion: If it were my money to spend, I'd save up and invest it in a more long-term solution like the Fractal Design Meshify C or Cooler Master MasterCase H500. But, hey, it's €55. 🤷‍♂️

if the money isn't an issue, i'll recommend macbook pro/ macbook air (at least i5 model). otherwise pick an i7 windows laptop.

It should help bring me where I want to go in terms of my stream quality and whatnot.
