When I left click is just highlights it and right click does what is show above

Does anyone know why my task manager looks like this. I was playing a game and something popped up so it alt tabbed me in the middle of playing, now task manager looks like this. I could not figure out ho to fix it. Please help.

I am running all low settings apart from render distance. and the 150 fps is not stable, it micro-stutters a lot. My brother is using a 2060 Super and a 3600x and has no issue he is getting a stable 200 fps

in fortnite my computer is caped at 150 fps even when set to unlimited. It says my GPU (1070 ti) is only at 7%utilization and my CPU (7700k) is any where from 80 to 90 percent. I have v-sync disabled. In any other game I am not heaving this problem. Does any one have a solution?

My monitor keeps micro-stuttering. Every time I flick my mouse in-game it stutters. I have tried every input and tried every refresh rate and nothing is working. I have tested it on multiple computers. Thanks for the help. Monitor: LG 24GM79G-B 24

Yes, I have tried every output on both GPUs and the integrated graohics on my CPU.

I can't even get into the Bios.

We know that the display works fine. How do I reset the CMOS? Thanks for the help.
