  1. Yes, that is exactly what I was thinking (I'm not crazy about trying to game 4k on that gpu)
  2. Ps: I plan to keep gaming in 1080p even with the 1440p option and 4k would be more for image editing and media consumption since I can do video editing at college.
  3. I need to change my laptop screen, but I don't know which one to choose: 1440p 120Hz or 4k 60Hz, the 1440p is TN and the 4k is IPS. The games I play are not too heavy and I could really use a few more fps, but in college I need to do a lot of image editing and a some video editing, besides that it is my main device for media consumption. Specifications: Alienware 17 r4 (2016 model) I7 - 6700hq 16gb ram gtx 1070 8gb I know my hardware is quite dated and I feel like I'm not going to use any of the options properly, so what do you think guys?
