I'm building a new PC, and was wondering if a H115i will be enough to cool a 3900x at around 3/4 load? (Couldnt find the right forum)

Im a graphics designer and use the cpu for lots of rendering

Ryzen 9 3900x

I'm thinking about building a new pc, but this is with no budget so I am buying the best of the best. What is the best motherboard out at the moment? This will be for high end gaming.
