  1. I got around the same score with that gpu need to OC my CPU, good to see some other person getting around the same score
  2. OC3D has done some comparisons with the Strix vs the MSI Gaming X. Not FPS benchmarks but temps etc Video and time stamp
  3. Some 1070 FE are still available at https://www.overclockers.co.uk/pc-components/graphics-cards/nvidia/geforce-gtx-1070 for UK people
  4. So I was watching this review : And on the build the MSI card is slanted but the Strrix isn't slanted. just wanted to point it out Pictures of the 2 cards below:
  5. Ok im going to avoid the FE completely with this, thanks!
  6. Asking if a 1070 FE will be useful for the node 202 ( http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/cases/node-series/node-202 ) or should I get a card after market gpu design?
  7. I think at overclockers you can preorder the card for £620
  8. This was good due to my brothers need 1 each for their boot up drive and storage (small case only allows 2 2.5" drives max). Ordered them at 6.30 and they cam 8:40 this morning, talk about delivery times. Ive also checked and both SSD's work. (My friend got one 2 weeks ago and it didnt.)
  9. Hello, Im posting this to ask fro any recommendations to my brothers pc that we have been planning and we are just waiting on the release for the 1070. Here is the PC PartPicker link- http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/NDqtxr no GPU yet due to the 1070 inst on the website yet. Just a little about what my brother is going to use the computer for: -School work -Strategy games like Civ 5, Europa Universals (He is a massive fan of these games) -Single player games like Skyrim and The Witcher 3 -Some Truck driving in Euro Truck 2 and American Truck Simulator -Maybe some FPS if he wants to but not a lot of fps gaming Thanks for reading, From Giovanni
  10. What monitor would you recommend around £200 to £400 for 2560 x 1440 ms or Hz doesn't matter because it is only going to be used at 60fps, Ive looked at this one http://www.cclonline.com/product/174269/210-ADZM/Monitors/Dell-UltraSharp-U2515H-25-inch-LED-Backlit-Monitor-1000-1-350cd/m2-2560x1440-6ms-HDMI/DisplayPort-Black-/MON3259/?siteID=8BacdVP0GFs-XYsFm6W86YW9I2N26E_oBg but not sure about it, Thanks
  11. Sorry the R9 nano is too expensive to fit the budget. Anyway got any recommended 2.5" Hard drives?
  12. So far we have this http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/6q73Vn We are trying to stay under £900 without the OS. Also we are keeping with Nvidia. To save more money any recommended 2.5 inch HDD?
