  1. Hello, I have to choose between 2 motherboards: Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite and Asrock B450 Pro4. Which one should I choose in terms of better and higher quality VRM ? I want to use the motherboard for an R7 2700 (non x) and I plan to upgrade to a R7 3700X. I will not overclock. I heard that the Asrock have Sinopower mosfet which are not as good as OnSemi from the Gigabyte. Is that true ? Thank you in advance ...
  2. One more question: If I run OCCT with AVX2 on all cores, then the maximum temp of the CPU (Tctl/Tdie) is about 50C, but when running OCCT with AVX2 on just 1 single core then the maximum temp of the CPU is about 61.6C. Is this normal ? The maximum voltage on the CPU is about 1.45V, and the maximum frequency is 4.091GHz...
  3. So finally I was told to buy Gigabyte X570 UD, and I bought it. It works fine, the single problem I saw is that the PCH fan is noisy when it is spinning. If I set to quiet profile from the bios, then it is not spinning at all, but if I set performance profile from bios then it is spinning at about 2200 rpm and it is the most noisy component from the PC, making a noise that is a little disturbing. I read that there is a problem with most of the PCH fans from X570 boards. Is that true ? How can I check the fan at half of the speed ? For example at 1000 rpm ? How can I check if this noise coming from the fan is normal or not ?
  4. Hello and thank you for the help. I had reorganized my budget, and now I need a motherboard with B450 chipset that can be used with Ryzen 7 2700 or Ryzen 5 3600. I need a standard equipped motherboard and with a good enough VRM. I will Not overclock. The MSI recommendations from Vejnemojnen are a little bit hard to find or are not as cheap as I need. Could you please help me with some recommendations ? The new budget is about 110-120 USD.
  5. Can you please explain why the cheaper motherboard GIGABYTE X570 UD is not good enought ?
  6. The recommended motherboards will also support PCI-E 4.0 with the new Ryzen 4000 ? If not, should I choose an X570 motherboard ?
  7. The budget is around 100-150 Euro (or cheaper), I will purchase it in Romania, at a local PC Shop. The computer will be used for gaming. The size should be mATX or ATX. The computer case is Deepcool Tesseract BF.
  8. Hello, I want to buy a motherboard with AM4 socket which will support the Ryzen 7 2700 and also the new Ryzen 5 and Ryzen 7 4000 generation. I know that the Ryzen 4000 generation is not launched yet, but I want to buy the motherboard and use it with Ryzen 7 2700 until I will buy the new generation of Ryzen 4000. The computer will be used for gaming. I will use a single video card, a SSD (M.2), 2 HDD's, 16GB of RAM, 650W PSU. Thank you in advance !
