Laptop shuts down 2 seconds after pressing power button. Then when power button is pressed again, it boots up normally. This problem does not occur when restarting the laptop, but occurs only after the laptop is powered on after a shutdown. This problem has started after I had done a factory reset of the laptop without disabling the optane memory. However I have performed another reset again after disabling the optane memory and enable the optane memory after the reset has completed. But the problem still persists.
Laptop is ACER Nitro 5 AN 515-52 76VR. RAM has been upgraded from 8GB to 16GB.
