What's low, it's around 120ish. But whe I play the cash cups for money, and their is 40 people in the final circle you need all the fps you can get, and plus I have a 165hz monitor and want to low settings to match it

Hmmmm, interesting. What would explain when I drop my settings in game, and my usage goes down to %60?

That's weird, I had a nivida gpu that used between 90-100%. Is it an amd thing?

Hi Guys, I have recently posted something regarding my problem. But I was able to resolve all my problems except for this one. In fortnite on normal solo matches my gpu usage hovers around 70-80%. But when I go on a creative server hosted by me, I get 99% usage. Or when I join a zone wars creative match, hosted by another player I get 99% usage. Is their something up with epic games servers that's is causing low gpu usage?!?! All my other games run %99 usage. It just fortnite that's being a pain the the ass. I did a fresh install of windows, then I download fresh amd chip-set drivers, gpu drivers, windows updates. I then changed my power management settings just in case that was causing a problem. I stress tested all my components and they are all okay, I can run the gpu in msi kombuster fine, but in games it shits its self.

Just checked my bios is up to date.

I play at 1080p, I have updated everything, chipset drivers, windwos etc. However I have not done the bios yet. I sadly dont have another system to test it in.

Hey guys, I built my own gaming PC a few days ago. I have built about 6 gaming pc's now and know what I am doing, however I cant seem to fix my problem. I think the problem here is the graphics card. In games it usually runs at around 70% utilisation, and is very laggy/stuttery (even in windows it is laggy sometimes) Then I will have an fps drop from 180 to 20. Also, games will just crash, or cause my whole pc to freeze for around 20s. But in fortnite in a custom game by myself it runs smoothly, but when I play online it starts lagging/stuttering. I know its not my Internet because I have 100mps download and 20mps upload. I bought the GPU used and still have the receipt. I have done so much research into this over the last few days, I even reached out to the old gpu owner and we couldn't figure it out. We used adia64 to stress test everything. I then used msi Kombuster to check that the gpu actually worked when forced under load. I then used cinibench to check stability. We then proceeded to download all new drivers and do a fresh install of Windows. I tried changing out my monitors, changing DP to HDMI. Then resting the c mos. No luck at all. I still have the recipt for all my components. I am considering returning my gpu, and opting for a nivida card. I'm trying to figure out what the problem is, or what component is faulty as I can return it.
