  1. I wasn't planning on keeping the 27", but that is an idea.
  2. It is my home computer so I tend to use if for gaming and productivity. At time I spend more time gaming than productivity, bu that can switch. I also like to watch movies, script, and experiment with virtual machines. Basically this would be multipurpose.
  3. I currently have a 27" 1080p 144z monitor that is great for gaming, but lacks in the production area (media, coding, office documents, etc.). The two monitors I am considering are the AOC CU34G2X & LG 27GL850. The prices are identical on Amazon ($450). From what I've read, the LG will be the best for gaming and the AOC would be best for productivity. I am looking for feedback from those who own or have used either of these monitors to help me make my decision. Thanks!
  4. Currently playing Modernwarfare. I have a 1080p gaming monitor I am trying out and it is so much better than my older 4k non gaming monitor, for games that is.
  5. I like the idea of an ultra wide, but I figured it would impact my performance given my current GPU.
  6. It would be a nice to have. Honestly I don't know a lot about Gsync. My current GPU will be Nvidia though.
  7. I am looking to upgrade my monitor. I use my computer for gaming and productivity. I primarily play FPS games (Modernwarfare). I would like to get a 27" 1440p @ 144Hz. My concern is if my current setup can handle this monitor for gaming. My system specs are: i7 6700k GTX 1070 Amp Edition - 8GB 16 GB RAM I am considering the LG 27GL850. What advice or suggestions do people have? I will be upgrading my GPU in a few months. Possibly the 2070 Super. Thanks!
