  1. Hey, so i just build my first ever P.C. and just wanted to show it off and tell you a little bit about it. First off, here are the Parts: Ryzen 7 3700X MSI B450 A-Pro Max Motherboard Gigabyte RTX 2080 Super Gaming OC Windforce Thermaltake Smart RGB 700 Watt Power Supply SandDisk Extreme Pro m.2 NVMe 3D SSD 500 GB (Sata SSD will be added soon Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer 16 Gigabyte 3200 MGz Dual Channel Terra System Case (look, i can explain) I forgot to take a picture of the Parts Pile, sorry for that. The only thing i made a picture of is the Case This is a Terra i don't know the Name P.C. Case. Why would i choose such a case? I got it for free from my uncle, and it came with a free Windows Pro Licence as well. Plus, only because it was free I was able to build this P.C. already. I had to, because my old Gaming Laptop that i used as a Desktop replacement just died in the middle of my Bachelors Thesis (all hail the mighty cloud) It is fine to build in, and actually has kind of a Sleeper aestetic with a slight kick, as the side Panel is perforated a little bit showing the AMD Wraith Prism Coolers RGB. I kind of like it, but it will be replaced soon enough. What wasn't so funny is the fact that the system wouldn't turn on after installing it. And yes, I tested it outside the Box. Turns out: Connecting the Fan Logic to the Motherboard made the whole P.C. not start, so now i just have it on Turbo the whole time. I can handle the noise for now, but i will buy a set of new coolers FOR SURE in the future. Now it works and does what it's supposed to: Game. Feels good to be part of the PC MR, finally. Credit: Thanks to @LukeSavenije For making my original P.C. Idea much cheaper and more powerful Thanks to @Vejnemojnen for helping me with the fine-tuning of the P.C. Parts. appreciate it! Thanks to @JumpingBacon for making me aware of my Upgrade path. Thanks to @lee32uk for helping me in my choice of Mother Board. You were all really nice, and helped me quite a bit. I thank you all a lot and hope to see you soon on the Battlefield or wherever lol!
  2. Well, its not like i wouldn't upgrade to X570 down the road, but i got a good Deal on the MSI Board and my Case is a Freebie from my Uncle (Which will be replaced by a Nice Window Sidepanel Case at some point for sure). Had to build the system faster then expected thanks to my Main machine (A Lenovo Ideapad Y500 Core I7 with a GT650 M) dying. But very much thanks for telling ne about X570!
  3. Which are German Retailers. Just a Tip for my fellow Germans: i saved more than 100€ just by comparing Retail and Online all the time. Mostly, Retail was much cheaper!
  4. Lol that's what I just said. With the MSI Board i got myself a System that's just around 1400 Euros, saving here and there and using offers at Retailers like Saturn or Cyberport!
  5. Its a nice build. But its only 1500 of you just take the Dollar Price and calculate it to Euro. In Germany its almost 1800 Euuros
  6. Would be nice if you post a correct Pc Part Picker Link XD but thx for the effort
  7. Hey, got another Question. For a Ryzen 7 3700x and a NVME SSD would you choose the Asus Prime b450 Plus or the MSI A-Pro Max? Both are the same Price RN.
  8. https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07WXJVGN5?tag=pcp05-21&linkCode=ogi&th=1 Quick Question: Would this card better than the one suggested here? Coz its on sale
  9. Thank you to all 3 of you guys, you helped me out A LOT! When I build this PC I'll be sure to show it off in the builds Thread! I'm open for any other suggestion if somebody comes by this 'lil thread.
  10. So i should really look at how many Fans come with the case and add to get 4 and a Fan controller is what you guys are saying? I mean easy, you lowered the price of the machine signifitcantly so that helps. Basically COrsair Fans and Controller should be fine for this?
  11. The Power supply would be highly interesting, because i think being modular would help me a lot with routing etc. when doing it for the first time (and believe me, I'm nervous af XD) Okay so basically as long as I'm willing to tinker a little it doesn't matter which of the 2 Ryzen 7 i choose, gotcha! But if i overclock, would that cooler be enough for the chip? I am not aware of how got overclocked Ryzen runs.
  12. SO you'd say for my usecase the GPU is way more important than getting a 3800X vs a 3700 X? I mean its almost 100 Euros cheaper, so this sounds awesome. RGB is nice, but not at the cost of... well, a better P.C. i'd say
  13. Hey guys, so basically, as many on this Thread do, i want to check in with more expertised P.C. builders about my upcoming build. General Info: I live in Germany, so my Currency would be good 'ol Euro. The P.C. is supposed to game really really well (we are talking AAA Games for at least the next 5 years hopefully) and to stream, as well as beeing able to do light to mid Video editing I have a budget of around 2000 Euro, preferrably less than more because i really need to at least buy a monitor in the future (It is not however part of the budget, but seperate, as are a new Keyboard and Mouse) (The monitor should be 1440 p at 144 Hertz btw. This here is the Parts list i chose, going from what Linus always talks about. Could you make this P.C. cheaper? Or significantly better at a similar price? Also i still have a leftover Windows 10 Education Key so that is no problem either (Yay University cheapo-programs) Looking forward to the replies P.S.: Been using a Lenovo Ideapad y500 for almost 6-8 years now, with an I7 and a Geforce GT 650m. Not a great time, i gotta say monitor will be
