i was looking for a pc then i found this and i got it along with a graphics card and don't know if i need a better power supply.

ok so i just recently got a low profile geforce gt 1030 and i was wondering if i could run this on a dell optiplex 990 mini tower and it recomeds for the graphics card 300w power supply and i was wondering if it could work on a 240w power supply?
