  1. Thank you all for your help with this issue. It certainly is really weird. I think I found out the cause behind this issue but I don't know how to fix it. I tried going to the Amazon page and watching one of the product videos while in Safe mode. The screen didn't go black or lose signal it just said it was missing the Adobe Flash player. So I left safe mode and went to my browser again to download flash and it says it comes pre-installed. No matter what I did the browser kept trying to block flash even when I had it set not to. The browser I was using is Edge. I tried watching the Amazon videos on Firefox and had no issues or blackouts. I then went back to Edge "just to see" and now it blacks out for 2 seconds and comes back to the page. I think my issue is Edge blocking the videos but I still don't know why it makes my screen lose connection rather than just popping up a block message. I know Edge isn't a great browser but I still would like to know how to fix this.
  2. Hello everyone. I am running into a really strange problem with my new PC build. Every time I go to Amazon and browse products if I even hover over one of the product videos my monitor loses signal and I have to hard reboot. I have no issues with gaming, YouTube videos or anything else. This is really a strange problem for me since the only thing that causes this is a product video on Amazon...nothing else. Do you have any ideas? I just built this PC a few weeks ago. I have: MSI Pro Gaming X570 Powercolor Red Devil 5700XT AMD R7-3800X 16 gb of 3600 RAM 750 Watt Thermaltake PSU I am using an HDMI cable on a normal (non-gaming) monitor. Also I should mention I am not an overclocker.
