  1. Could a wireless adapter work better? I have 5ghz wifi
  2. My pc specs below: ryzen 3700x sapphire blower cooler 5700xt gigabyte x570 gaming x carbon mobo g.skill trident 16 gb 3000mhz cx Corsair 750W samsung 860 evo western digital 1 Tb Recently I reset my whole pc and all my blue screens, black screens, high temps all fixed which is very good but, for a while now even before I did the reset I have ping spikes that are pretty nasty. My router is 2 rooms away from my setup and since I dont have Wifi on my mobo I have a dlink av2 2000 gigabit network extender which comes with 2 devices, one in router and one in wall near pc. (https://www.amazon.ca/D-Link-DHP-701AVPower-Line-Gigabit-Starter/dp/B00PVDJQHY) I've done the cmd tests involving my ip's and nothing shows up irregular. What could my issue be? I've updated lan drivers to the recommended by mobo manufacturer.
  3. Have you tried loading optimzed defaults in bios and booting up?
  4. The thing is for 4 months I’ve been using 2 ram sticks and only recently I encountered this problem.
  5. Update: I put one ram stick in the 4th slot and it boots to windows and the other doesn’t. What does this mean? Do I need to buy new ram?
  6. My pc specs below: ryzen 3700x sapphire blower cooler 5700xt gigabyte x570 gaming x carbon mobo g.skill trident 16 gb 3000mhz cx Corsair 750W samsung 860 evo western digital 1 Tb So recently I had an issue where I was stuck in bios. I had to do a fresh install of windows 10, all of this was only possible with one stick of ram inside. When I have both ram sticks in, my screen remains black. Now I’m still in process of updating drivers but I’m disappointed I can’t get both ram sticks to work atm... when I first built this pc I had the same issue but I don’t remember how I solved it. how can I get into windows/bios with both sticks of ram... helpppp
  7. I can reach bios menu it’s where I’m stuck in but I don’t think I can get in safe mode from there.
  8. Also very sorry I forgot to add the point where I can only boot into bios using one stick of ram, I had this issue when first setting up my pc but then was able to put in both after.
  9. Yea easy tune is an app I’ll never use again, I’ve tried resetting cmos but it still won’t let me get past bios. Is there a way to get into safe mode when stuck in bios?
  10. I’m just there is bios, no sign of errors just cannot load into windows/get past bios
  11. So basically it has blue screened in the past and black screened (apparently an issue when using watt man and changing fan speeds) from unstable clocks i believe but no I just can’t get out of bios. When I save and exit, it brings me back to bios. I’ve done the cmos jumper thing and also taken out the mobo battery but still cannot get out.
  12. My pc specs below: ryzen 3700x sapphire blower cooler 5700xt gigabyte x570 gaming x carbon mobo g.skill trident 16 gb 3000mhz cx Corsair 750W samsung 860 evo western digital 1 Tb What happened: after going into easy tune, a gigabyte app( my first mistake ?) I saw a new feature which sets clocks to recomended. It restarted my pc and when I came back I was at bios. 2 hours later and I’m still in bios and can’t get into windows. what I’ve tried: I took out the mobo battery and put it back but I didn’t hold button for 15 seconds like some guides said cause I was confused. It reset bios but still didn’t work. My suspicions: An issue with the psu cable maybe, but it says both storages are plugged in, in bios. please help... I need my pc to work or my dad will take it away.
