  1. Have done. I've tried 3 other psu's as well. Ive narrowed it down to the MB or CPU. Was just curious as to how my gpu might have tripped it
  2. Linked is the system I'm working on. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Seriosskies/saved/#view=Cqpcqs Windows home 64bit Its previous condition was the listing minus the 2070s (I was running integrated graphics to set it up). And it worked fine. This was over the course of 2-3 months I would boot it every 2-3 days to do something set up wise on(update drivers etc). Fast forward to a week ago I plug the gpu in and the system starts up for half a second and shuts off, then it won't turn on again until I reset the cmos. Where it does the same thing and turns on for half a second. Remove the gpu to try and get back to the previous state and it remains the same (starts up for half a second then shuts off) If I tear the system apart, and check everything individually it's all fine. Minus the cpu and mb which I can't test separately. They still produce the same result. Reseting the cmos will let it turn on for half a second and then it shuts off and won't even give "on" lights until I reset the cmos again. It looks to me like somethings up with the cpu. And the board failsafes itself. All fine. But any idea why a gpu is what tripped this issue to begin with?
