when on Mozilla Firefox I try to scroll up and down there is a stuttering/delay. Sometimes when typing on YouTube i feel the lag between the letter and when it’s displayed. This only happens when I have a game running in the background. But it’s not only mozilla Firefox it’s the whole computer that stays slow when having a game in the background and my cpu is not being use with a 100% utilization.

RX590 gigabyte 8gb
16 ram lpx Corsair 2400mhz
Power supply: 500watts EVGA bronze 80+
Motherboard: b450 M aorus
SSD 512gb with windows on it running.
HDD 2tb
