Ls9L got a reaction from Aaralli in Didn't know there was specific ram for intel and amd
So i ordered https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TC4TPCN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 that and just now realised in the desciption it says "Next Generation Software. Compatibility - Intel 100 Series,Intel 200 Series,Intel 300 Series,Intel X299" does that mean the ram won't work at all on my ryzen 5 3600?

so i downloaded a cracked game on some sketchy website ( i know im dumb and learned my lesson lmao ) and when i ran it, it opened up powershell and then i noticed none of my desktop apps that had the little admin sign beside of it like ccleaner was gone and i checked my admin settings and for some reason whatever the virus or whatever did it changed my settings to never notify so i changed it back but does anyone know why it did that ?

It's a low binned Zen+ chip, it's not going to clock super well. 4Ghz is solid AFAIK, and you don't really wanna go that high on the voltage, around 1.38-1.4v is a safe daily for Zen+ AFAIK (consensus was 1.4v back when I ran Zen+, I've seen some other stuff saying you shouldn't go over 1.38v since).
