i stressed it with cinebench r20 and it went great

so i just overclocked my cpu and i was doing good until i updated an app on the microsoft store and it said " your pc ran into a problem but it was very distorted and only took up 1/4 of the screen. like there was multiple sad faces and letter like it got smudged or something lmao. could this have been because i overclocked ? i was playing a game for numerous hours with no problems until i went to update the xbox app on the microsoft store which is weird

so i was just playing my game and my monitor keeps losing signal and the screen flickerd like 7 times and popped up these 2 messages anyone know why ? and yes my video drivers are up to date

yeah im 17 but im very new to computers because all ive used in the past was an xbox so all this virus stuff and everything is weird and ive never had to deal with it

so i have a bad virus and its pretty much destroying everything ive lost data, everytime i look at my desktop new apps keep popping up that i didnt install, my wifi keeps getting disconnected and i have to manually change the dns server or proxy my chrome keeps getting auto uninstalled, random things keep asking for permission that are disguised as amd drivers etc etc etc so i need to do a clean install on windows. my question is, is there a way to keep my data i need without carrying the virus back over ?

okay i just got my pc working again for some reason my pc just crapped out and wouldnt connect to internet something about it could not connect to the proxy server

yeah lmao like why tf would something to do with amd want to access my videos folder. what do you mean reformat my pc im kind of new and btw for some reason the virus the other day deleted chrome and all my video and pictures which might just be a coincidence

so i have people saying upgrade and people saying do nothing im confused now lmao

so windows anti virus just blocked AMDRSServ.exe and i dont know if i should allow it because a couple days ago i got a terrible virus from allowing permissions on this program that was super sketchy. the virus basically changed my proxy and internet settings so i couldn't connect to my internet and it took me 2 days to figure out how to fix it and it was randomly installing apps and programs to my computer but i finally got everything fixed with malwarebytes and ive had no issues since then but this looks like something to do with amd so is it okay to allow this on my pc ?

but its a downgrade so shouldnt i downgrade the bios ?

so im upgrading to a ryzen 7 2700x from a ryzen 5 3400g and my mobo says on it that its ryzen 3000 ready and ive heard people say i need to downgrade the bios and other people say it should work just fine so im super confused on what to do because im scared im going to sell my r5 3400g before my r7 2700x gets here and find out that it wont work. so does anybody know for sure what i have to do ? if your not 100% positive about your answer say that please and thanks mobo- MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX
