  1. I've had my current build for about 7 years now... the filters are surprisingly good at preventing fur from getting inside the case. Dust on the other hand is more of an issue, and there are some large vents on the back of the case that I've had a few bugs crawl into and end up dying inside my computer (new case shouldn't have that issue)
  2. I see this setup a lot, I wonder about the efficiency of having 2 fans attached to the same tower vs having them attached to their own towers. With the front to back configuration, you're still blowing towards the rear fan, so would it really make a difference?
  3. There was a case fan configuration video that brought this up. The CPU had lower temperatures from having fresh air from the rear fan. If I go this route, I would add a filter to the fan. I have 7 cats @.@
  4. I have a bit of a complicated question, which I can't find an answer for... So, I'm in the process of building my next rig. I plan to get the NH-D15. This has 2 separate towers and can support 3 fans. I'm wondering what the best configuration for the fans actually is... I was watching a video that a guy used a CPU cooler on a graphics card, and he said he found the best configuration to be, the fans sitting on the outside of the towers blowing inward. So, the fans would be pulling cold air from the sides and the heat would combine in the center and float out. Would that be better than a 3 fan push-pull configuration? My overall thoughts were, use the rear case fan as an intake and have all the heat dissipate out of the top of the case. Specs: Case: Thermaltake Core X71 CPU: Ryzen 9 3900x GPU: RTX 2070 PSU: Corsair RM850 (basement of case, so it won't add to heat of the main chamber)
