Can someone tell what to do.....i can not format my new hdd...and diskpart is also not working

Thank you to everyone that helped me out here...it indeed was a failing hdd..i have ordered a replacement...the gpu is completely fine...

Yeah i did temperatures are normal around 55-60 degree Celsius

Psu is not the problem...i have been using the setup for about 10 months.....maybe the hdd is causing the problem.... don't really know

When i took out my gpu and used onboard graphics to run a game...it ran without any problem...and the sound was also gone... I don't really understand what's going on..

Whenever i try to put a load on the gpu...this sound keeps coming and the app freezes...can any tell me what to do....also a thing to note...sound is not coming from the gpu...i am very confused ...can someone help me..plz... 879680487_VID_20210306_1938323.mp4

Also I am using a hdmi to vga converter for my monitor......I don't know if that matters....plz help....

As for the games I tried on this card was Doom....I got 55-60 fps on 1080p where I should have been getting around 90-100 fps....also my cinebench R15 opengl score whith this card is around 92 fps......

I have only one stick of 2666 mhz 8gb ram.....but I don't think my GPU is cpu bound .....because the cpu utilisation barely hits 70 percent usage......I tried msi afterburner to monitor the usage.......the cpu sits anywhere from 65-75% but the GPU is jumping from 100-80,80-40,% and even hits 0 % utilisation sometimes.....I tried to find videos on youtube to find people who have similar specs....I did find one...and he was getting way much more fps than me.....on the same processor and ram....

Pls help me someone......

I won't really be overclocking so i think i will be fine according to all the feedbacks...
