the motherboard is 125USD. im choosing this one because it has an argb header since i will be using a cooler that needs one

Im planning to build a pc with this specs: CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 Mobo: Asrock B450 Steel Legend Ram: Team Delta RGB 8x2 3000mhz PSU: Aerocool Lux RGB 650m I still dont know what GPU to get. currently im considering this used GPUs: GTX 1070 ti(250USD) GTX 1080(340USD) Both GPU used to be for gaming my budget for GPU is around 360USD Any suggestion would be great
