  1. I just looked up a MSI Optix G28C2 and looks like the panel is made by Samsung. I remember Alex saying that Samsung was difficult to find parts for. https://www.displayspecifications.com/en/model/cdede75 I'm guessing your panel is also made by Samsung if things stand true for the Optix lineup. Which explains why there is a $#!t ton of broken MSIs for sale on eBay.
  2. Try using EaseUS Partition manager... it also maybe in GPT when you want MBR.
  3. Hmmm... here are a few more? Literally 30 seconds of googling. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33005189239.html?spm=2114.search0302.3.104.64b273c5KhJLwv&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_0,searchweb201603_0,ppcSwitch_0&algo_pvid=7e12f9c1-799e-4fb1-926e-577b9055f5bd&algo_expid=7e12f9c1-799e-4fb1-926e-577b9055f5bd-15 https://www.startech.com/support/GCDPMFRA https://www.amazon.com/Degree-Angled-DisplayPort-Extension-Adapter/dp/B07C5PW4DH?th=1 https://www.microcenter.com/product/610560/qvs-right-angle-displayport-male-to-displayport-female-ultra-hd-4k-adapter-6-in---black
  4. Ok so your stuttering on when you play games. Is it when other apps are also being used? I mean, do you notice the stuttering when playing video or is it specifically only GPU games. First you say it's in anything you do but then the example you give is based on FPS and not CPU cycles or "delay in responding to keyboard input" or "delay in processing output". Also have you done a clean install of Windows to confirm it's not the OS or driver issue? Have you installed Linux and experienced the same problems?
  5. I prefer Sidebar! https://github.com/ArcadeRenegade/SidebarDiagnostics It sits transparently on my second monitor right side and doesn't need any extra plugins.
