  1. That k you for the quick replies, he is using Mediacom as his ISP.
  2. I am trying to help a friend make Google Stadia work at his house. When he is using his own internet every game tells him Stadia is not available in his country, even though we live in the United states and it works fine for me. When I try to use any website's find my location feature he is placed anywhere from New York to California but never where he actually lives. His router is also one he is renting from his ISP, so I can not access it without interacting with his ISP. They have been useless in the past when it comes to troubleshooting things and I am afraid this might be over their head. What should I be looking for to fix this, I want to either fix this myself or at least have an idea for what I need to tell his ISP is wrong. Any help would be appreciated. hopefully this is posted in the correct section, thank you for reading.
  3. Ah, I see, I have been lied to by several websites then. Thank you all for the responses, I appreciate it a lot.
  4. I have an MSI B150 M3 motherboard that I am trying to put a computer together for a friend on. The board was previously used on my wife's old computer, still worked just fine when last used. My friend purchased an Intel I5 9400 for it and for some reason the thing will not do anything with this processor on it. If I only plug the board into the power supply and turn it on the board stays on, the red light on the board stays on is how I know. As soon as I install the Processor however it powers off immediately after power is applied. I have nothing besides the Processor and motherboard powered when I try this, I have also tried it with the graphics card and RAM installed with the same instant off result. Yes both the 8 and 22 pins plugs are connected. I have used two different power supplies, one from my friends old computer and one from my Wife's currently active and working computer. I have no idea what is going on, please help. Ask me for any missing details.
