    Wait, and it also has to be an 8-pin power supply, right?

    So far all I could find is that the 1030 doesn't need a power supply if you connect it through the PCIe version of EXP GDC, however, I will be using an ExpressCard version of EXP GDC, so I don't know whether I'll need a power supply or not. So: 1: Do I need the power supply? 2: Up to what wattage do I not need it? 3: Can wattage be transferred through ExpressCard anyways? 4: Is this all a good idea in general?
