  1. I have an Aorus X470 motherboard, a Cooler Master TD500 Mesh V2 case, and a Sapphire Nitro RX 7700 XT GPU, I want to connect the 3 ARGB case fans which are connected to the case hub, the GPU RGB, and an extra ARGB case fan to this ARGB splitter and connect it to the motherboard but I am not sure how to. In the motherboard's manual, it shows an "RGBW LED Strip Header" and "a Digital LED Strip Header", to which header should I connect the ARGB splitter? Also, there's a "Digital LED Strip Power Select Jumper" to switch between 5V and 12V for the digital LED header, I don't know if I should switch the voltage level or how to switch it.
  2. I don't think so as it was empty in the "This PC" folder. I managed to move the partition marked as system to the SSD as you can see in this screenshot.
  3. Like I told in the original post I can't do it right now because of physical reasons, I need help from another person to do it and no one around me right now knows anything about pc stuff
  4. I think I figured out what the issue is, I think Windows somehow got installed on both the SSD (Disk 0) and HDD (Disk 1), I went into the BIOS and changed boot order and put the SSD (Disk 0) as the first option, and then pc booted up and I checked disk management and it's showing both system and boot partition on C drive, see this screenshot. Now can I just format H drive and pc would work fine? Or is it actually just showing H drive as system partition when the HDD (Disk 1) has boot priority above the SSD(Disk 0) in BIOS?
  5. Is there a way to disable the HDD through a program or something and then re-enable it after Windows installation and then format it?
  6. I ran multiple scans on malwarebytes and bitdefender, malwarebytes found some stuff and deleted it but my system was still acting weird and C drive was still filling up, I didn't want to let my pc be like that as I had upgraded my pc with components which are expensive for me. 2-3 days I was worried because of other issues with my newly upgraded pc.
  7. I recently upgraded my GPU and processor, after the upgrade I had some issues and the storage space on my C drive was filling up for no reason so I decided to just reinstall Windows because I was worried it might be a virus. I created a bootable USB using media creation tool, during the installation process I got into an installation loop but I did some troubleshooting and managed to install Windows. But after Windows booted up I went into disk management and realized that the boot partition was on my SSD (Disk 0) and the system partition was on my HDD (Disk 1) as you can see in this screenshot, is it possible to move the system partition with the boot partition and merge them into a single partition on my SSD (Disk 0)? Or can I keep using my system as it is now and reinstall Windows in the future when I run into any issues? I can't remove the HDD by opening the case and reinstall Windows on SSD because of physical reasons that I don't want to talk about.
  8. I had to reinstall Windows as something was taking up storage space from C drive automatically, I thought it was a virus and didn't want to take any risks and be on the safer side, I guess my OS was installed on 2 different drives even before I decided to reinstall windows and I never noticed it because I didn't pay attention.
  9. Well, there's an issue, when reinstalling Windows I formatted all drives and I got an install loop, I did some troubleshooting and managed to install Windows but after booting I checked disk management and the boot partition is on SSD (Disk 0) and the system partition is on HDD (Disk 1) as you can see in this screenshot and both drives are MBR for some reason. I want both boot and system partitions on SSD (Disk 0). I don't know why and how boot and system partitions are on different devices.
  10. I am not really sure how it's in Legacy mode, in the System Information window it shows "BIOS Mode : Legacy", is Legacy same as BIOS?
  11. OS would be on SSD and it would be GPT, I not sure if GPT will work on my HD or if it's needed as it's just 1TB.
  12. I have a X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming mobo, a 500 GB SSD and a 1TB HD. I'm about to reinstall Windows 10 on my SSD to get a clean pc. Right now both my drives are MBR and I'm on Legacy BIOS mode (not UEFI). While installing windows can I format my SSD to GPT and my HD to MBR? Will that work or would they conflict with each other? Also should I change to UEFI mode to upgrade to Windows 11 in the future? I'm not sure if my motherboard supports UEFI and I tried googling it but couldn't get any info about it.
  13. Because my X470 bios screen is supposed to be like this but currently it's like this. After the bios update I used the pc for more than a week and also went into the bios screen 2-3 times to check what the settings are and it appeared normal like the first image above and changed 1 or 2 settings and bios was fine after that too. I don't see any other malfunctions.
  14. Also I forgot to mention one more thing I can access the bios settings screen, I thought I can't access it because it doesn't show the mobo logo screen with the shortcuts but if I press the DEL key it can be accessed. Sorry I am a bit panicky, I spent a lot on upgrading my pc so I am worried.
  15. I tried uninstalling the GPU drivers using AMD's cleanup utility, it asked me to boot into safe mode and when safe mode booted everything was green tinted like this, not my screen, found this image on google but my system was like this, even after logging in. The cleanup utility finished running, then I booted up normally and still everything was green tinted. Then I started re-installing the drivers and halfway through the installation the green tint is gone and screen is back to normal. My gpu might be installed in the wrong PCIE slot, could that cause an issue? I guess the issue occurs when the drivers aren't active which become active once I reach the login screen.
