Is Cooler Master sales / customer service / technical support - terrible...?
Seems like every time I have e-mailed them over the last many years - no matter what the concern was: sales, customer service, technical support - it always takes several follow-up e-mails sent by me over a period of many days/weeks to get a reply.
Every time I have e-mailed Corsair or Phanteks - I have always received a response the very next day - a very few times, two days later at the latest.
