Bust

Hi. I have to Design a PC For My Dad's Office. They Need an Alternative System for Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. The Biggest Problem I am Facing is of choosing between Cores and Cost. Expected Cost should be Less than 500$. I Had Previously Planned on using an AMD Ryzen 7 2700X CPU with a Gigabyte B450M-Pro ,But It fell out of budget. Any Tips anybody
