There is also an alternate solution - you can print it on 3d Printer. More time consuming but can be more accurate

1660 ti or 1660 super
Dream Machines Official replied to goodboi learning pc builds's topic in Graphics Cards
I would honestly go for RTX 3060Ti. Will last you for couple years at least. GTX-es you will feel like replacing unless you want to keep on playing in 1080p with at least 60FPS in AAA Titles. Do not go lower on CPU than 8th Gen though if on Intel. -
GTX 1080 worth it in 2021

The price is not attractive any more though. Add 150$ and have RTX 3060 Ti or so...- 11 replies

GTX 1080 worth it in 2021
Dream Machines Official replied to The_Moisturizer's topic in Graphics Cards
The fact it will run does not mean it will run smooth. The amount of Cuda Cores is increasing recently so If you would like to game on a higher details level you're gonna have to swap. Besides from what I know some in game updates may cause the game to run slower if you have less efficient GPU. Unfortunately this is what these companies do. An example of GTX 1080 performance below. Drops are unfortunately occuring:- 11 replies

3060Ti is quite enough for now. If you have a CPU higher than i7-7700K then you can go for it and push out even 60 FPS in CyberPunk 2077

This mechanism reminds me of an idea Acer used to have in one of their laptops: https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Predator-i7-9750H-Keyboard-PT917-71-71C5/dp/B07R1YY6CC -

Silly question about Model O Wireless
Dream Machines Official replied to afaq0's topic in Peripherals
I would use it as it is until it runs out of battery for the first time and the battery is reset so that it can start charging roughly from 10-15% so that you use up all the battery's capacity in a long run. -
1400 GBP and RTX 3070? Great Value, for a PC which will last long. Plus it can be overclocked and made into a monster. Though I am just wondering. Will 3070 not create bottlenecks with i5-10600K?

Thank you for these suggestions. I will look up these chairs in the spare moment. What would you say about low budget chars? I know there is brand SPC Gear which sports chairs at a very attractive price. Maybe anyone heard? https://spcgear.com/en/category/chairs/

A mouse for sweaty palms? (No Zephyr recos please)
Dream Machines Official replied to staykoff's topic in Peripherals
Hi, Could you please specify what you mean by conformal coating? Vanilla fingertip also depends on hand size as it comes to grips its a rather personal matter. -

RMA stats of Holed mice in general are very high though. From what I heard they round up to even 50%. I don't know what people are doing with these mice tho. Maybe holes are also causing dust and epidermis to mess with the interior mouse MB. That would be great to create a system so that everything that gets inside is being thrown away ( special button causing the mouse to rattle and "redust by itself". -

i7-9700K + RTX 3090 for gaming

i7-9700K + RTX 3090 for gaming
Dream Machines Official replied to Dream Machines Official's topic in Graphics Cards
I kind of expected this answer, though wanted to make sure I have top tier GPU as of now so that I can swap GPU later only. In such case i7-10700K would be a match? Though here we go again. I should pay 50% more: https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-9700K-vs-Intel-Core-i7-10700K/4030vs4070 Just to have some more points in Bench. Nah... -
What DPI you are playing at usually? And have you considered RF + cable type of mouse ( possibility to swap between cable and wireless)?

i7-9700K + RTX 3090 for gaming
Dream Machines Official replied to Dream Machines Official's topic in Graphics Cards
In terms of FPS, though trying to figure out if it makes sense to pay so much more. Target resolution 2k, refresh rate 144 Hz. -
Hi Guys, I've been recently thinking of this config in terms of desktop. Does this kind of combination make sense in terms of efficiency of gameplay? I mean i7-9700K + RTX 3090? I found a comparison of it with Radeon VII and with even greater CPU i9-10900K I see the Nvidia + intel accelerate better. Do you have any other views guys? https://www.gpucheck.com/en-usd/compare/amd-radeon-vii-vs-nvidia-geforce-rtx-3090/intel-core-i7-9700k-3-60ghz-vs-intel-core-i7-9700k-3-60ghz/ultra/ultra/-vs-
