Yeah they all flashed once and then nothing, I am running dual channel ram so I'll try without one stick

I'm pretty sure my PC has kicked the bucket. I tried to turn it on, pressed the power button and it flashed on for literally 1 second, leds fans etc but then went dark. I tried unplugging all the cords from the I/O and booting it up again, It did the same thing except I noticed the diagnosis LEDs on my motherboard (MSI B450M Mortar Max) all flashed. I don't know if that's something that happens whenever you start it or if it means everything is dead. If anyone has had something similar happen or has advice please let me know, I don't really feel like spending upwards of $300 on replacement parts

the cooler i'm using is not stock, the TDP is 30ish watts higher than the cooler i got with the CPU. and i've already OC'd it to 3.9 thx anyway bro

I've been wanting to get an 8gb RX 580 but I could get 2 RX 570s for cheaper. would it be dumb to have a twin GPU setup? The graphics card I'd get would probably be a Sapphire Pulse RX 570 4gb mini iTX and my mobo is a MSI B450M Mortar Max.

First of all, thank you so much, it will actually post now. Second of all, when I stick my other ram card in there and turn it on, the cpu error light comes on, how do I run 2 ram cards?

I got a brand new B450M today and assembled it fully, with my Ryzen 3 3200G, but when I power it on the motherboard tells me there is a problem with the CPU. I tried updating the BIOS with the flash button on the I/O but it still says there is a CPU error. Any thoughts on this?

I'm thinking I might get the MSI B450M Mortar Max, will that need an update or nah?

Will any MSI motherboard with an AM4 socket support an R3 provided it has the right BIOS update? I might get a B450M Mortar Max

I need a decent, cheap mobo for my R3. Everything I've found needs a BIOS flash to use and I don't really want to buy an older CPU just to update the BIOS, any suggestions?
