  1. Yeah, but it is not their real name, and it was a noob mistake by me. Thx for the advice
  2. I got scammed I recently have started selling stuff on eBay, and I decided to sell my 2080ti. With 3000 coming out I wanted to sell it when it still held the price, and so I set up an auction. It sold!!! For 1125 I was very happy with the price. After the auction someone approached me and said that they had purchased the gpu, I was a little wary, but seeing as I had already been paid, I thought what could go wrong. They told me yo ship it to another location because of them moving to their parents house temporarily, and I did. <Removed> It shipped, and I was happy, until I realized that the buyer had not received the gpu. I was scammed. I thought about it, and decided to give the buyer a refund. What else could i do, it was only fair. I then contacted eBay, and they told me to get in touch with the online crimes division of the fbi, which I did. My parents said that they would pay for the gpu even if the fbi never recovers it. But they originally helped me pay for it, and I feel bad about taking money from them. Ltt forum any suggestions, anything would help, I am currently in a worst case scenario and I would appreciate any advice.

  4. as far as I know, everything is turning on, but no signla, I tried booting with out my GPU, but no luck
  5. A while ago I bought a pc https://pcpartpicker.com/user/liamokeeffe/saved/m9H7XL and I built it. It worked for a little while, until I booted it three days after I built it and the boot LED's were on ( specifically the boot and VGA). SO, I turned the GPU in, got it back no change. I then talked to asus support( for my motherboard) and they said that the PCIE slots were broken. I sent it in, and got it back, nothing changed. SO, I sent it in again, and They said that there was nothing wrong with the board. I am totally confused, and have no idea how to proceed.
  6. I am looking for a main gaming monitor to complement my Samsung U27H750[it is a 4k 60 hz, Qled, quantum dot, 28 inch monitor]. I am looking at the price range of about 1800 to 2000 dollars, although I would love to save money. My top contender is the pg35vq, or the predator x35. There is also the decision of whether to get a 100Hz ultra wide, and a 240Hz monitor on the other side, it would be cheaper. I am not a serious esports gamer, so I do not need super fast response times, and refresh rates. I am more into HDR and higher res, although 4k gaming does not appeal to me. My current rig is a 3700x[ which I am upgrading to the 12 core variant, or 16 I am not sure; and, the 2080ti, I am going to get a 30 series 350 dollar card to power the monitor(s) that I am not gaming on. I do need extra money so again I would love to save money. I do not mind refurbished. And I would like an ultra wide over a standard 16 by 9 Which monitor should I get?
