Well the problem is neither of those boards in the OP are appropriate for an FX8350 at stock (without OC). And they only have SATA 3B/s so you'll kind of waste potential from your SSD. The M5A97 R2.0 is the best option on that page if you can afford it and can use a ATX size board.
 
Another option is i3 now with H81, and then i5 4440 or so later on.

this is my first build im too poor but after a lot of hard work i saved some money and plan to build my first one now im using very old pc specs are intel ceron 2.4 ghz 5120mb ram,powercolor x1650 card.mobo msi 645 ultra 478 socket

is it better than  i have doubts which once should i get from those 3 but im in temptation to get R9 270 OC 2GB because ill get bf4 for free and here bf4 costs too much lol
