Of course it will be limited vs a desktop PC with a I9 9900k or 10900k or a R9 3950X but yeah probably will see some FPS boost then thanks I like the used 2080ti idea :D

Upgrade my Razer Core X to RTX3080? Or 3070 I’ve got an ice lake powered Razer Blade Stealth (25watts pl cpu i7-1065g7) with a Core X and a RTX 2060 super but I’m tempted by the 30 series Nvidia Would my CPU throttle it too bad? I’m on a1440p 144hz MSI monitor and performance today is good though I can’t crank all games to ultra on 14;0p

The monitors are plugged to the RTX 2070 that's inside the Razer Core X right ? so it shouldn't be an issue or count towards the bandwidth However ethernet/HDD etc would compete with the GPU for the 40 Gb/s bandwidth so maybe plugging them to the laptop directly is a better idea. I'm just using the included cable with the Core X so not super familiar with the active cables - just make sure the bandwidth rated is 40 Gb/s
