All right so i have a z77a-g45 from msi and i also have a i3-3220 along with it, i was thinking of getting a i7-4790k but i dont know with which platform to get it with (z97 or z87 ) i know that z97 mobos are new and all but that would require more money, you can use 4790k with z87 mobos right?

not for a long time im quite happy with my 660 let alone i havent even used the 660 in sli im playing on 1080p monitor so i dont think i need to upgrade to a 970 or somthing like that that'd be complete overkill for this monitor

i am planning to get one of the follwing: Evga supernova NEX650g 80plus gold fully modular-89$ Evga supernova 750 b2 bronze semi modular-80$ Corsair CX750M semi modular bronze-74$ i was thinking that i should get quality efficientcy over more wattage but i might be wrong, just need some tips since i have two gtx 660 i wanna sli those, right now im only running one 660 on my 450 cooler master bronze, even though the EVGA 650 gold is not 750 it still should be more than enough right?

i3-3220 Z77a-G54 gaming Asus Gtx 660-DCll Gtx neutron ssd Western digital 500gb Corsair 450D Stock cooler and only a nzxt sentry fan controller I was told that my build will never pull more than 300watts, A friend of mine gave me a gtx 660 evga SP,but since i have cooler master gx 450w I was wondering if i could sli those two.

Most of the non-reference card come with a 8-pin and a 6-pin connector, i would need a 6pin to 8 pin and a molex to 6 pin which i think the only card that brings that is the MSI tf760
