My pc was working totally fine then I decided to clean I used air blower and gently brush with clean paint brush. I start my pc and there was red light for cpu and dram, searching on internet and reattaching some pins like cpu 8pin it. worked but now Now red light showing for BOOT and VGA , there are different scenarios 1. Red light stuck on BOOT and VGA (more than 1-2 min). 2. starts to load (slowly- 40-60 seconds on asrock logo) and after desktop screen appears it just runs so slow (CPU usage 100%) I checked task bar, there is antimalware service executable takes it all. 3. It stuck on asrock logo loding screen (I waited approx 2 minutes) 4. It runs with no red light, but no signal on monitor (blank) I am not understanding what's the exact problem. So what should I do now?

Gigabyte g27q model it takes about minimum 5 minutes go away but it happens every time when i turn on my pc and it only happens on FPS mode (preset picture mode)

I have issue with text appears on monitor screen if stays for long time.(least 5 minutes) For example: (pic1) showing random text (website), I keep that website for 20+minutes. (pic2) i have black desktop wallpaper and after closing browser those website white text/words appears on my screen

I get electricity powercut on daily basis. and my cousin said if i get power outage, my monitor can broke or lower the monitor lifespan, is that correct ? (I am already seeing some issues to my monitor, I will post this to other topic.) So I decide to buy ups mainly for monitor and for PC too if capable. I have 3060ti, ryzen 5 3600, 8*4GB 3600mhz, 650w psu, gigabyte G27q 1440p monitor. Let me know what else I need to mention. So my questions are: Can extension board with surge protection save my money? (will it work to protect my pc and monitor from power outage) If not, is "APC BX600c UPS" enough for my pc and monitor? or you can suggest me ups under 3000INR.

Is there two different black Liquid cooler ??? (Galahad 240) As shown in image there are two black Galahad, both are with standard fan (not the UNI fan). Price difference is almost 35 dollar something. i couldn't find on official site, that's why I came here. I don't know what SKU means, but it shown different SKU too, but both black have different SKU I ordered white one but then they ask its out of stock would like to receive black. I have 24 hours or will get refund. Please help.

I am about to buy new GPU I have specific budget for GPU and I found RTX 3060 ti. (Any from ₹32000 - ₹42000) I can buy gigabyte rtx 3060 ti oc pro 8Gb - 42,000 Indian rupees ($523) Or I can buy gigabyte rtx 3060 ti eagle 8Gb - 32,000 Indian rupees ($400) So my question is do I really need to spend extra for different model? I really wanted to go for rtx 3070 least, but that's huge difference in price.

I have B550m pro4 and i see post where says do not plug VDG cable unless gigabyte MB. In the image there are 'IN VDG' and to the same end which i marked in red circle. What is it for? My motherboard have same format pin header called 'ADDR LED' (addressable rgb) Do i plug this cable there or not? Note: blue circle end is on fan controller.

Please suggest
