Alright so idk if this belongs here but my dad installed a new router and ever since then I've been getting lag spikes in (pretty much all) games in 5-10 minute intervals. My ping usually averages at about 20-30 but it jumps up to ~200 for about 2 seconds when it happens. I can watch videos and streams just fine, I can download and upload stuff as well. I'm connected via Ethernet Cable. I don't know much about PCs or routers or whatever so please be so kind and explain possible fixes in an easy way...
