Installed newest audio driver, chipset from mobo, chipset from software, and gpu drivers are up to date. Ill report back after a few games!

Im still getting kertnal power errors after doing everything. Updating drivers, using a ups, a new power supply, wipping windows. Everything! and Im still getting them. Anybody know why?
