  1. I found the issue. When my son went to plug everything back in, instead of plugging both monitors into the graphics card, he plugged one into the actual motherboard. Since this is not my PC and I don’t play on it. It is now running at 78% on the CPU. So I am assuming that is what it normally runs around. Thanks for all the help!
  2. So if it is a thermal paste issue. I should see a spike in temp when launching the game?
  3. I just updated the original post to include all of the above.
  4. I’m running an i5-7400 3GHz - 16GB RAM - GTX 1060 3GB The CPU never runs that high when running any games. I am assuming since the CPU is maxed that is why I am not getting the normal frames since it’s almost freezing my PC. I am currently running a Virus scan to see if there is anything on the PC.
  5. Today my son got some new parts for his PC and we installed them together. We are using an ASUS Prime Z270-A motherboard. CPU - i5 7400 3Ghz GPU - 1060 3GB RAM - 16 GB Everything is working fine. When he tries to launch Destiny the CPU maxes out at 100% and is getting around 10fps when it normally gets around 100+ on the loading screen. I am not sure what to do now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
