hello there I use 3Ds Max with V-ray When I rendering a shot it works all fine for 10 min and then for 5 seconds CPU drop to 0.5 and everything moves in slow-mo and then it will happen randomly every few min tried to use only 15 core to not max out CPU usage .. no change tried turning off PBO .. same with PBO enable temp was 83-87 PBO auto 76-78 but still the same problem, usually when I have this type of problems I install fresh Windows but this time I think Windows is not the problem. any help? 3950x 64 GB ram MSI x570 carbon motherboard RX590

Hi I have noticed that my PC is using about 11 GB of ram which is high because I am not using that much of it. 2.5 GB Chrome 1 GB Android emulator 1 GB other apps how much windows 10 pro is using ? 5.5 GB ? I had a laptop with 6 GB of ram and never got above 5GB usage with chrome open! it is not a problem really unless I am working on AutoDesk programs or Adobe. I looked around trying to find apps to monitor Ram usage in details but couldn't find any. Any thought where is the 5.5 is or how I can find it XD or is windows really use that much ? I would appreciate it if you ask for me. I found new option to turn off all LEDs but then I can't see my CPU temp so it is not much of help.

well this is the problem they are not the debug LEDs there are 4 of them above the 24 pin connector (you can see them in the pic)

I did not even open the case, just updated the Bios I just want to know what is it for!!

NH-D15 is not an option for 2 reason 1 - it is not available (kinda) it will cost 140$ black 105$ brown one 2 - P400A case is 160mm cpu cooler, NH-D15 is 165. and I have to chose another case with fans for airflow it will cost more for less on AIO it will save about 20$ ?
