Hello guys im very bad at pc first of all LOL. but i read and search alot. now i have an rtx2080ti and its way below Avg performance . because i have seen benchmark tests, videos ..ect my gpu usage for example in pubg 20-60 % and cpu aswell. fps Avg 110 and inDOTa2 its 170 dont know if that would help my 1st cpu core is most of times running above 80 % (FIRST core ) i changed mother board from b45 to x570 obviously wouldnt change much DDu Reinstallation Done Oc cpu ( im sure that im bad at that but didnt help ) i had rtx2070 was doing some how better than this rtx2080ti i orderd a new CPu i9 intell 9900 and planning to have z390 as Motherboard Summary (1920x1080@240Hz) AMD Ryzen 7 32.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1332MHz ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME X570-P (AM4) 36 °C RTX 2080 Ti (ASUStek M.2 465GB Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 500GB
