    yeah thats the max junction temp but in real life situation there's a problem if u go to 85 degrees if its not a laptop

    clock speed is pretty normal and around 40 to 50 idle is normal too , but theres a problem with your cooler

    And maybe it can be the case , my aio pump make a weird noise when i flip my pc , but it stop after 2 to 3 minutes

    As i said choose the one that appeal your eyes from a good manufacturer , watch out for stock clock also , some are OC'ed better out of the box than other one

    as long as its not mini version there will not be significant differance , choose the one you want from big manufacturer (zotac , msi , asus , all and all)

    i used to have a i5 9600k and its pretty normal or you didnt explain correctly , more you lower res and graphic more you will increase cpu usage btw

    my gpu was 298mm and it was already so close to the fan , you can forgot about a radiator + fan , and on top you will proly have issue with the ram
