Good thing I got a warranty

Have you tried jumping the board? Is the PC plugged into an outlet or extension cord (may sound dumb but my friend couldn't start his PC fully cause of the extension cord)

Update: I did some tweaking in the fan settings which got the gpu down to 40 degrees.

I repasted again, averages didn't change. Could my thermal paste be the problem? It's like 2 years old. I may go out and buy some thermal pads and try those.

I just got a new GPU, a rx 590 Fatboy from XFX, ever since I put it in my computer bluescreens randomly. It gets quite hot, 83c hot, people say that's normal for this card but when it gets hot it crashes. When I reboot my PC, one monitor doesn't start. Idle temps used to be 31, I repasted and they jumped to 51. Sometimes the image flashes a green color and then goes back aswell, do I need to return the card? Specs Ryzen 5 2600 24 GB of Ddr4 ram RX 590 XFX 8gb 450 watt psu
