I now have an RX 580 8GB in the system. It still will not post. Will inserting the driver disc from the box fix the problem?

@trufret I don't have one currently installed. Will it fix the issue if I get one?

The fans spin up, and the motherboard LED's turn on, but there is no output when I attempt to hook up a monitor.

I just recently built a CPU with the following components: CPU: Ryzen 5 1500X RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2666 mHz 16GB(2x 8GB) Motherboard: ROG Strix B450-F Power Supply: EVGA 500 BR Memory: 500GB Kingston M.2 SSD It will not successfully POST and the yellow DRAM led is on. Any ideas?
