Hey forum It's another one of these "I broke my fe1080ti while removing the backplate" threads. Never sit down taking gpu apart with a pair of pliers... On the img, you see half of the capacitor is scratched off. The capacitor is not completely gone, do you think it could still work? Some things are still not clear after a research such as: how to tell the value of a small ceramic smd capacitor? More specifically, if i find another, same size, will it work allright? thanks for the help mates

Even with watercooling, the block hits the plastic of the pins, the clip of the mobo doesn't hold it to place. I'm a bit nervous about pressuring the card into the slot, but if it comes down to that being the only solution, sure Anybody tried cutting back from the plastic pieces or is there an extender for them?

Hey forum What do you do when the 4th gpu on your motherboard is in the way of the usb, audio, usb3 and switch pin connectors? I have an aorus x399 extreme, defionetly can b used with 4gpus too, but these connector pins are extremely in the way. Any 90degree or special connectors out there? If you know any product names or keywords to google, it's a huge help. best Peter
